I just, I start drawing fanart, and then I can't stop. And I haven't drawn this much fanart for a fandom since the Bats, I mean, what? There's just something about the romance and the dichotomy of Arthur and Eames that gets to me. And ever since DKR Arthur is now synonymous in my head with Tim Drake, another super-efficient second that kills himself with work because he thinks being the best at what he does is how anyone will ever love him.

Arthur & Eames = Tim & Kon. This is my headcanon now. And it doesn't help when people go around drawing Kon with Tom Hardy lips.

Already submitted my work. It won't be posted till 4 May, but hopefully someone gets a good fic out of it.

I also joined eames_arthur but am hopeless at writing the window dressing fic. Reversebang could be out before I get anything like a proper chapter on that one. =_= Let's face it, fanart is my forte. I am Not Good--Sherlockian levels of Not Good--at fanfic. Sigh.

(Which begs the question of: why draw fanart of a fanfic you can't write? I have no idea.)

Finally! Finished the West Side Story window dream.

I still have no idea to post this besides here, as it's all scraps without a coherent story. I think it's time to try and find a proper plot for this thing. In the meantime, please enjoy the art and the snippet.

I spent the whole day reading coffee table books about window displays and now all I want is a fic where Arthur and Eames are window dressers and Eames keeps having recurring dreams about Arthur in window displays.

So I am suddenly into this fandom even having missed all the hullaballoo when I watched it ages ago? (Yes, a year is ages in fandom. Just ask the Sherlock fans.) And so I'm throwing this into the ether in the hopes that someone will care.
